Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds work when you buy tickets through pretickit.

1. Event Cancellations

If an event is cancelled by the organizer, pretickit will issue full refunds to all ticket holders. Refunds will be sent back to the same payment method used for purchase.

2. Event Postponements

If an event is postponed or rescheduled, your ticket remains valid for the new date. If you cannot attend the new date, you may request a refund within the stated period after the new date is announced.

3. Buyer Mistakes or Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds if you buy the wrong ticket, select the wrong event, or change your mind after purchase. Please check all details carefully before completing your order.

4. Invalid or Fake Tickets

pretickit only takes responsibility for tickets bought directly from our website. We are not responsible for tickets purchased through unofficial platforms or other people.

5. Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 working days after approval.
  • Refunds go back to your original payment method.
  • You will receive an email confirmation when your refund is approved and sent.

6. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only available if:

  • The event was cancelled or postponed by the organizer.
  • You requested a refund within 24 hours of purchase and before the event date.

7. Service Fees

Service or booking fees are non-refundable unless the event is fully cancelled.

9. Organizer Responsibility

Event organizers are responsible for keeping Pretickit updated if an event is cancelled or postponed. pretickit is not responsible for refunds when organizers fail to notify us.
